Requirements

• Must live in the United States of America (No virtual addresses)
• 1 years of remote customer service experience
  
• 1 years of Call Center experience
• Must use a Windows computer or laptop (No Mac or Chromebooks)
• Quiet professional background for calls
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
• Intermediate computer skills
• Must provide hardwired internet (No wifi VPN bluetooth satellite or cellular)
• Must pass a background check
• Must complete a practice video voice assessment
