Southwest Florida Salons, LLC is a locally owned and operated company here in SW Florida by the Brown family. Lee County residence since 1989. We own and operate Fantastic Sams Cut & Color salons. We continue to enjoy exponential growth through our excellent employment opportunities, our incredible teams, and our business model of putting families first in our company!

Here is what we expect from you as a team member...

• Passionate Licensed Cosmetologist or Full Barber License in the State of Florida. 
• Provide professional consultations, personable in nature, and professional in dress. 
• Competency in Hair cutting, color application, styling, texture services, hair removal (wax), Highlighting, application of healthy hair treatments.
• Good organizational skills, punctual, a collaborative team member, and able to work in a fast- paced atmosphere.  The guest experience must be important!
• Excited to participate in training platforms. 
• We are a Drug Free Workplace, testing is required. Medical Marijuana is allowed if the candidate is legal through the Florida MMU Registry. 
• Must be able to read and write English. Must be able to communicate with guest for consulting purposes. 

Educational (C & E) Opportunities (all certificate earning)

• Master Hair Designer, Master Colorist. Texture Services (Perms, Relaxers, Keratin Smoothing, and Permanent Straightening systems).
• Eyebrow detailing, Tinting, Lamination services. 
• Clipper Cutting, Razor Cutting, Treatments, and Extension services.

Leadership positions for advancement.. .

• Team Lead,  Brand Ambassadorships,  Artistic Director, Salon Management
• Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond level pay advancement
